Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Returns: Returns and exchanges are complimentary. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us at cashmerenfashion@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The garment must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cashmerenfashion@gmail.com.

Please note that the initial exchange is free of charge; however, subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of $10 per standard delivery.

Faulty Goods: All our garments undergo thorough quality checks before being packed for shipment. In the rare event that a garment is faulty upon arrival, incorrect, or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return of the item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the cost of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
