We provide delivery services to destinations within Australia, New Zealand, and other international locations using Australia Post.
For timely arrivals, especially for specific events, we recommend opting for Express delivery as these packages receive priority handling.
Within Australia and New Zealand, we offer FREE shipping with tracking for orders exceeding $190. For orders below $190, standard tracked postage is $10 within Australia and $16 for New Zealand.
Express post options are available at $15 for Australia and $25 for New Zealand.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate of $40 for tracked postage.
We assure dispatch within 1 business day, or on the same day for orders placed before 12 pm. Following dispatch, Australia Post manages the delivery process. Estimated international delivery times:
- New Zealand: 4-6 working days
- North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific: 6-13 working days
